Reception Supervisor

You can request to speak to her regarding any problems that you
may incur in reception.
The reception staff all have name badges to identify them.
Practice Nurses
The surgery has a Practice Nurse and a Health Care Assistant.
District Nurse
The surgery has the support of a district nurse.
